TGIF- Friday Favorites

Happy St. Patty’s Day everybody! Make sure you wear green today so you don’t get pinched!

As usual, linking up with these lovely ladies:

April at Smidge of This for Five on Friday, Karli at September Farm for Oh Hey Friday, Amanda at Meet at the Barre for Friday Favorites and Erika at A Little Bit of Everything for Friday Favorites.

Let’s get started!

In case you missed it I shared this amazing buffalo chicken naan bread pizza recipe on Monday.

It’s delicious.

As promised, I finally got pictures of my antique and non-antique but made to look antique finds from my PA antique trip several weeks ago. I have a friend who lives up there now, we met at work and we’ve kept in contact since her move so I made the drive up to go see her because PA has some awesome antique spots.

Ok, so the first two items are not actual antiques. There’s this store up in PA called Cocalico Creek, there’s one in Lancaster and one in Stevens. They have some found items there, but most of the stuff they sell are things that are meant to look old.

I have been searching for an old-school folding laundry basket for a hot minute. At one of our first antique stops I found one for $100, and I was like “you are on drugs if you think I’m paying that much”. This one I bought from Cocalico was $42.99 or $43.99. Awesome deal considering the cheapest I have seen them was around $50.

How stinkin’ cute is this hanging bucket thing?! I bought two, but when I was trying to get a picture of me holding both of them, it looked like something Madonna wore back in the day so I decided you could get the picture with me holding one. In the store they had these hanging from the ceiling, I’m thinking I may hang mine on either side of a window from some pretty hooks…?

I’ll keep you posted.

These hanging container things are from Cocalico as well.

Now on to the antique-y things.

These pig feeders are not really that old, you can still see the outline from the sticker, but I liked them because they had some rust, but they weren’t too rusty. I may put these outside for a little bit so they can get a little more wear on them.

This architectural piece I actually didn’t find up in PA, I found this at an antique store that’s like 15 minutes from my house here in Virginia. It was only $15 you guys!

I’ve cleaned it up since taking this picture and I think I have the perfect place to hang it.

Not pictured are some old books I found for .25 a piece. I only bought three and everyone knows what old books look like so I decided to not take pictures of those.

Um, huge news for any of you make-up loving ladies out there.

Mac is coming to Ulta! I was scrolling through Instagram at work last week (as a sometimes do), I follow Ulta and saw their announcement.

I about fell out of my chair from excitement.

And then within minutes after finding out about Mac I saw Joanna Gaines’ line of pillows and rugs is coming to Pier 1! Say what?!

So one of my old co-workers turned good friend got married this past October and bought a house about a month ago! After work today I’m heading on out her way to check out her new digs, order some pizza from Mellow Mushroom and drink some awesome wine from a winery that’s from my neck of the woods, Rappahannock Cellars.

I can not wait to see her awesome new place, eat and possibly drink a little too much wins and maybe watch some Live PD? We’ll see where the night takes us…

And check out this cute congrats card I found for her, I mean, it’s perfect.

That’s all for today folks, I hope wherever you are you’re staying warm with this crazy weather, let me know what you’re gonna be up to this weekend!
